淫羊藿含药血清干预骨髓基质干细胞成脂分化过程的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同成脂诱导剂对骨质疏松大鼠骨髓基质干细胞(MSCs)成脂分化的干预作用。方法:SPF级SD雌性大鼠,共6只。无菌条件下分离培养骨髓间充质干细胞,传至3代。将所获的细胞随机分为成脂诱导剂配方一、成脂诱导剂配方二2组,每组又分为空白组、成脂诱导组、中药组、成脂诱导中药组4组。观察各组干预后7d成脂分化情况。结果:配方一各组中,加入成脂诱导剂配方组成脂率均高于未加成脂诱导剂组(P<0.05),配方二各组组间差别统计学分析无显著性差异。成脂诱导剂配方一、配方二中成脂诱导组组间比较,统计学分析差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在诱导骨质疏松MSCs成脂分化方面,配方一优于配方二。Objective：To investigate the effect of different adipogenic agents on adipogenic differentiation of MSCs.Methods：SPF-class SD female rats,a total of six.MSCs were isolated and cultured under sterile conditions,and spreaded to the 3rd generation.The cells were divided into adipogenic FormulationⅠand FormulationⅡ.Each group was divided into blank group,adipogenic induction group,herb group and adipogenic induction herb group.The adipogenesis differentiation in each group was observed after 7 days’intervention.Results：The adipogenesis rate of the group with adipogenic inductor was higher than those without addition of inductor group in adipogenic FormulationⅠgroup（P0.05）,which showed no difference between groups in adipogenic FormulationⅡgroup.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The adipogenic FormulationⅠwas superior to formulaⅡon the induction of adipogenic differentiation of MSCs.
