鸡贫血因子病局部粘膜免疫功能变化的研究

摘　　要：用鸡贫血病毒（ＣＡＶ）感染１日龄ＡＡ雏鸡，以未感染同龄ＡＡ雏鸡为对照，在感染后７，１４，２１，２８，３５，４２，４９日龄检测其哈德尔腺及盲肠扁桃体Ｔ细胞和ＩｇＧ＋、ＩｇＭ＋、ＩｇＡ＋抗体生成细胞数量、泪液、气管液、肠液、胆汁中ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＡ含量的动态变化。揭示了感染鸡局部粘膜免疫组织哈德尔腺、盲肠扁桃体细胞免疫和体液免疫功能降低，眼部、呼吸道和消化道免疫防御功能减弱。The one-day-old chicken were infected with chicken anemia virus(CAV).At 7,14,21,28,35,42,49 days after infection the experimental chickens were undertaken to detect the number of T cells and IgG+,IgA+ antibody producing cells in Harderian gland and cecal tonsil,and the content of IgG,IgM,IgA in tear,truchea fluid,intestinal fluid and bile.The results showed that the cellular and humoral immunity in Harderian gland and cecal tonsil and the immune defence function in digestive truct and respiratory truct declined significantly in comparison with the control chickens.
