摘　　要：普通高校服务行业与地方经济社会发展是高校、行业和地方经济社会发展的需要。在服务过程中,普通高校既是服务提供者,又是行业和地方沟通者,构建其内部动力机制是服务可持续发展的需要。本文将从人才培养机制、科研机制、服务机制、保障机制等几个方面来构建普通高校内部动力机制。The service industries in colleges and social development of local economic are the needs of universities, industry and social development of local economic. The college is service provider, and communicator between industries and local economic society. Constructing its internal motive mechanism is the need of servicing sustainable development. This paper will construct college＇s internal motive mechanism from aspects of mechanisms of talents training, scientific research, service and safeguard.
