摘　　要：基于科学发展观理论,文章探讨了研究生考评机制,构建了考评指标体系,探讨了考评方法,通过实例分析了考评过程,可为研究生管理工作提供借鉴和指导。This paper discussed the evaluation mechanism of graduates and assessment methods, constructed the system of evaluation index based on the theory of scientific concept of development, and analyzed appraisal process through examples, which provided reference and guidance for graduates＇ management work.
