摘　　要：建筑施工企业强化现场管理是实现工程项目目标的重要保证,只有通过科学合理的施工组织,采取有效的质量、成本、安全、进度管理措施,并加强现场的协调配合,才能提高管理效率,树立良好的企业形象。Building construction enterprise＇s strengthening of work site management is the important guarantee for the achievement of engineering project goal. Only with the scientific and reasonable construction organization and the effective management measures for quality, cost, safety and process and strengthening of work site cooperation, the management efficiency could be improved to establish a good corporate image.
