腰夹脊穴针刺疗法治疗肾绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察腰夹脊穴针刺术治疗泌尿系结石引起肾绞痛的疗效及可靠性。方法肾绞痛患者1∞例，随机抽出50例接受腰夹脊穴针刺术治疗的资料进行回顾性分析，并与对照组阿托品注射治疗的50例进行疗效对比。结果腰夹脊穴针刺镇痛显效率76％（38／50例），总有效率94％（47／50例）。对照组显效率36％（18／50例），总有效率84％（42／50例），P〈0．05。结论该疗法治疗肾绞痛比解痉药效果好，起效快，疗效确切，方法简便，无毒副作用，并可反复使用。Objective To evaluate the effects and reliability of Chiachi point acupuncture in treatment of renal colic. Methods One hundred patients with renal colic were randomly divided into two groups, one group（50 cases） was treated with Chiachi point acupuncture, and the other （50 cases） with injecting atropine. Results The excellent effect in the group treated with Chiachi point acupuncture was 76 % （38/50 cases）, total effective rate was 94% （47/50 cases）. The excellent effect in the group treated with injecting atropine was 36 % （18/50 cases）, total effective rate was 84 % （42/ 50 cases）, P〈0.05. Conclusion It is more effective to treat renal colic with Chiachi point acupuncture than that with injecting atropine. Pain relief is more quickly, with no adverse reaction and it can be used repeatedly.
