摘　　要：疼痛是医学界尚未解决的难题之一，疼痛模型在疼痛研究中的作用是显而易见的。本文总结近些年在疼痛研究中应用较多的疼痛模型，包括机械刺激、温度变化、化学因素所致的疼痛模型以及神经病理性疼痛模型和癌痛模型，并对这些模型的优缺点及进展进行阐述。Pain is one of the unresolved medical problems. The role of pain model in pain research is obviously. This paper introduces the preparation of different pain modeis, including pain models of mechanical stimulation, temperature and chemical factors, and neuropathic pain find cancer pain models. The advantages and disadvantages of these models and its progresses are described.
