锥花福禄考组织培养的研究

摘　　要：不同激素含量对谁花福禄考组织培养有明显的影响，以ＭＳ＋ＢＡ１．０ｍｇ.Ｌ－１＋ＮＡＡ１．０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１＋３０ｇ糖配方接种成活率最高，在增殖过程中，ＩＢＡ的效果明显好于ＮＡＡ；而用ＩＢＡ诱导生根效果好于ＮＡＡ，移栽时以温度３０℃，湿度８０％成活率高，且瓶外生根成活率高于瓶内生根后再移栽的成活率。It are reported that there were significant effects of various plant hormone on the tissue culture of Phloxpaniculata L. The highest survival rate was found in MS +BA1.0mg/L (the same as below)+NAA0.1 +30g sugar. Theear of IBA was better than NAA and IBA was better than IAA in inducing root during the period of multiply.The survival rate was higher when the temperature at 30 ℃ and the humidity at 80% during the period of transplant.And the survival rate was also higher in taking root of out bottle than that of retransplant after taking root inbottle.
