摘  要:从菌落形态、生理生化特性和DNA水平等方面研究双孢蘑菇菌株于4℃冰箱保存后的遗传特性。结果表明,冰箱保存菌株的活力普遍下降;部分菌株的菌落形态发生变化,酯酶同工酶也存在一些差异;但RAPD分析表明,冰箱保存菌株与生产栽培菌株无明显的遗传差异。A study of the colonial morphology, the esterase isozyme zymogram and the random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) of A. bisporus strains stored in the refrigerator at 4t was made. The result showed that the vigour of all the strains stored in the refrigerator was reduced generally, that the colonial morphology and the PAGE zymogram of esterase isozyme of some refrigerator - stored strains were changed a little, and that no significant genetic difference was found between the refrigerator - stored strains and the commercial strains through RAPD analysis.
