摘　　要：记述采自中国福建的膜翅目三节叶蜂科三节叶蜂亚科１个新属新种：中华朱氏三节叶蜂Ｚｈｕｈｏｎｇｆｕｎａｓｉｎｉｃａｇｅｎ．ｅｔｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．新属与三节叶蜂亚科其它已知各属的区别为头部具发达的后颊脊，后翅Ｍ＋Ｃｕ１和１Ａ脉之间基部具ｃｕ－ａ１横脉，前胸背板具深长的斜沟，头部背面无隆脊。此属是三节叶蜂科内第３个具有后颊脊和第５个在后翅Ｍ＋Ｃｕ１和１Ａ脉之间基部具ｃｕ－ａ１横脉的属。模式标本保存于中南林学院模式昆虫标本室。A peculiar new genus of Arginae is described from China: Zhuhongfuna sinica gen. et sp. nov. It differs from other known genera of Arginae in occipital carina present, hind wing with a basal cross vein between vein M+Cu1 and 1A, pronotum with a deep diagonal furrow and facial carina absent. This is the third genus with occipital carina and the fifth one with basal cua cross vein within Argidae. Type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South Forestry University, Zhuzhou, China.
