摘 要:血管内皮生长因子是内皮细胞特异性的有丝分裂原,与受体结合后可以促进内皮细胞分裂、诱导血管新生。近期发现VEGF具有免疫调节功能,通过多种途径影响体内树突状细胞、淋巴细胞、内皮细胞和髓源抑制性细胞等各类免疫细胞的分化发育和免疫功能,使肿瘤细胞逃避机体的免疫监视和攻击、促进炎症细胞向反应部位聚集以及抑制T细胞介导的移植物抗宿主反应,对肿瘤性疾病、自身免疫性疾病以及造血干细胞移植的相关治疗具有重要意义。Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is the specific mitogen of endothelial cells (ECs). It promotes the proliferation of ECs and angiogenesis by binding its receptors on ECs. More recently, it has been shown that VEGF modulates immune system. It regulates various kinds of imunnocyte differentiation, development and functions by a variety of pathways. VEGF regulated cells include dendritic cells, lymphocytes, endothelial cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells. Moreover, VEGF prevents tumors from attacks of immunosurveilance, and induces recruitment of inflammatory cells to inflammatory sites, as well as inhibits thymo- cytes-mediated graft versus host reactions. It is believed that VEGF may contribute to the therapy of tumors, autoimmune diseases and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation related conditions.
