摘  要:目的观察麋鹿角醇提取液(EAEF)对环磷酰胺(CY)模型小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 ICR小鼠60只,随机均分成4组:正常对照组(NC),模型对照组(MC),EAEF低剂量给药组(LE,EAEF2g.kg-1.d-1),EAEF高剂量给药组(HE,EAEF4g.kg-1.d-1)。使用CY造成免疫功能低下小鼠模型。造模同时,LE和HE组分别灌胃相应浓度的EAEF,连续10d。采用炭粒廓清试验测定小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能,血清溶血素试验测定体液免疫功能,淋巴细胞转化法测定细胞免疫功能。结果 HE组吞噬指数、免疫器官重量、半数溶血值、T淋巴细胞转化刺激指数比MC组增高[(2.26±0.47)vs.(1.52±0.35),(10.26±1.32)mg/kgvs.(6.85±0.64)mg/kg,(92.31±12.58)vs.(51.67±10.05),(1.030±0.056)vs.(0.831±0.046)](P<0.01)。结论 EAEF能增强CY模型小鼠的单核吞噬细胞功能,对其体液免疫、细胞免疫功能都有一定的促进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Elk antlers ethanolic fluidextraction(EAEF)on immunologic function in-induced immunodeficiency model mice.Methods Sixty ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups of normal control(NC),model control(MC),Low-dose treatment(LE,2g·kg-1·d-1),high-dose treatment(HE,4g·kg-1·d-1)with 15 mice each.Cyclophosphamide(CY)was used to prepare the immunodeficiency model.Meanwhile,the mice in groups of LE and HE were orally administered EAEF for 10 days.Then carbon particle clearance method was used to detect the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages.The humoral immunity was measured by serum hemolysin determination,and the cellular immunity was investigated by lymphocyte transformation test.Results Compared with MC,the value of phagocytic index,level of serum hemolysin and T lymphocyte transformation of HE increased significantly [(2.26±0.47)vs.(1.52±0.35),(10.26±1.32)mg/kg vs.(6.85±0.64)mg/kg,(92.31±12.58)vs.(51.67±10.05)and(1.030±0.056)vs.(0.831±0.046),respectively](P0.01).Conclusion EAEF could improve the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages and promote the cellular and humoral immunity of CY-induced immunodeficiency in mice.
