摘  要:用盆栽法研究了2种VA菌根真菌Glomusmoseae和G.caledonium对大蒜Aliumsativum营养生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,2种真菌均可侵染大蒜根系,但不同菌种的侵染率及大蒜的生长反应不同,以G.moseae对大蒜的接种效果为好。2种菌种接种株的叶面积,叶绿素含量、光合作用参数、vC含量及植株生长量均显著优于对照株。大蒜营养生长和生理特性的改善均源于真菌组织对磷的直接吸收和接种株体内磷含量的增加。A pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of three species of VA mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae and G.caledonium) on the vegetative growth and physiological characters of garlic (Allium sativum). The results showed that garlic seedling can be infected by 2 strains of VA mycorrhizal fungi, but the infection rate and promoting effect on plant growth of different VA mycorrhizal isolates varied considerably, G.mosseae was the most effective isolate. The leaf area, contents of chlorophyll, photosynthetic parameters, vC content and plant growth amount of inoculated plants surpassed those of the check plants. The improvement of vegetative growth and physiological characters mainly through phosphorus absorption by fungal tissues directly and promoting phosphorus content of inoculated plants.\;
