摘  要:采用常规方法研究了分布于西藏海拔4000~4680m之间6个亚高山草原土的放线菌数量与组成,并从分离纯化所得355株放线菌中选出98株代表菌株进行详细研究。结果表明:①供试放线菌分为9个属和2个未定属,链霉菌属和小单孢菌属分别占土壤放线菌总数的52.7%和27.3%,钦氏菌属、孢囊放线菌属及孢链囊菌属共占14.1%;链霉菌属共分为12个类群,白孢类群、粉红孢类群及黄色类群分别占土壤链霉菌总数的49.4%、19.9%及13.1。②供试菌株牛奶凝固与胨化能力较弱,淀粉水解能力较强。③供试菌株中对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、假丝酵母及青霉有拮抗作用的菌株分别占总菌株数的74.5%、68.4%、41.8%及20.4%,对细菌的拮抗性较真菌强;对革兰氏阳性菌的拮抗性较革兰氏阴性菌强;对酵母菌的拮抗性较霉菌强。This paper studied the amount and microflora of the actinomycetes in 6 subAlpine meadow soil (height from 4000 meter to 4680 meter above sea level).The 98 representative strains was selected from the 355 strains isolated for the further studing. The results indicated that: The strains selected can be classified into 11 genus, of wich 2 strains were unidentified. Streptomyces and micronomycetes comprised 52.7% and 27.3% of total amount of actinomycetes tested, respectively. The 3 genu of chainia, actinosporangium and streptosporoagium constituted 14.1% of total amount of actinomycetes tested. The streptomyces tested can be divided into 12 groups, among wich the albosporus, the roseosporus and the flavvs constituted 49.4%,19.9% and 13.1% of the total amount of the streptomyces tested, respectively. The effects of the milk peptonization and curd are weak in the strains selected, while, the ability of hydrolysis starch are stronger. The antiblastic strains to Grampositive bacterium/Gramnegative bacterium/candida/ penicillium constituted 74.5%/68.4%/41.8%/20.4% of the total amount of the strains tested, respectively. The antiblastic ability of the strains tested are stronger to bacteria than to fungi / to Grampositive bacterium than to Gramnegative bacterium/ to yeast than to mold.
