摘 要:对杂交稻汕优63及其亲本的根系生长和吸氮特性进行了研究。结果表明:杂交稻根系生长和吸氮特性较亲本有明显优势,在低氮浓度下尤为突出;根系吸氮量与植株干物质生产优势密切相关;杂交稻对NH4+的吸收速率受父本影响较大;杂交稻虽有明显的吸氮优势,但其呼吸耗氧并未增加,这种现象可能暗示杂交稻的根系呼吸产生的ATP或能量分配方式与其亲本有所差别。The characteristics of root growth and nitrogen uptake of the hybrid rice Shanyou 63 and its parents were studied. The results showed that the characteristics of root growth and nitrogen uptake of hybrid rice had significant superiority over its parents, especially in low nitrogen treatment. There was close correlation between the nitrogen uptake amount of root and the dry weight. The speed rate of NH+4 uptake of hybrid rice was mostly affected by its male parent. Although there was significant superiority of nitrogen uptake of hybrid rice, there was no increase of its oxygen consumption by respiration, which implied that there are differences of the ATP production or the way of energy distribution between hybrid rice and its parents.
