肛瘘切除术后创面外用湿润烧伤膏的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肛瘘切除术后创面应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗的近期疗效。方法:将MEBO涂抹于肛瘘切除术后切口处,每日涂药2次,大便后必须补加涂抹1次,直至痊愈。结果:134例患者使用MEBO治疗后疼痛明显减轻,手术切口逐渐变得新鲜红润,周围炎症逐渐消退,检查时触压痛减轻;本组134例,愈合时间最短8天,最长21天,平均愈合时间为10天;愈合后创面黏膜呈淡红色,黏膜弹性好,肛门无狭窄,指诊柔软无硬结。结论:MEBO可减轻肛门疼痛,促进创面组织再生、修复,操作方法简便,疗程短,临床应用安全。Objective ： To observe efficacy of MEBO ointment in treating post - operation wound of anal Fistuleetomy in short - term period. Method ： MEBO ointment was applied to post - operation wound of anal fistulectomy, 2 - 3 times per day, additionally MEBO applied should be done after defecation until cured. Results： 134 cases were collected. After using MEBO ointment, all patients had feeling of obviously relieving pain; the surgical incision turned into fresh and ruddy gradually; surrounding inflammation subsided and tender pain became light when checking up. All of cases were healed with healing time 8 -21d and average 10d. Healed mueosal appeared pink and had good elasticity. There were no anal stenosis and no induration with DRE touch. Conclusion ： MEBO ointment can relieve anal pain of post anal fistulectomy, promote wound regeneration and repair and shorten treatment course. The clinical application of MEBO ointment is simple and safe.
