摘　　要：目的:探讨美宝创疡贴对皮肤慢性溃疡的治疗作用。方法:自2008年6月至2009年12月共收治38例体表慢性溃疡患者,均应用美宝创疡贴治疗,观察其减轻疼痛,预防控制感染,烧伤残留创面、慢性皮肤缺失创面愈合时间的作用。结果:进入本次观察的38例病例,烧伤残留创面平均愈合时间18.5天,其他慢性皮肤损伤创面平均愈合时间23.5天,收到较好的止痛、控制感染、促进创面愈合的作用,治愈率100%。结论:美宝创疡贴能保持创面的生理湿润环境,有利于再生表皮干细胞,促进创面愈合,还具有止痛、预防控制感染的作用,疗效确切,使用安全方便。Objective： To observe the treatment efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in treating skin surface ulcers. Method： 38 patients with chronic surface ulcers were collected from Jun. 2008 to Dec. 2009 and treated with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing locally. Some indexes including relieving pain, preventing and controlling infection, reducing burn residue wounds and shortening wound healing time were observed and recorded. Result： All of 38 cases obtained better effect of stopping pain, controlling infection and promoting wound healing. The cure rate reached to 100%. The average healing time of burn residue wounds was 18. 5d, while, the other chronic skin injury was 23.5d. Conclusion： ME- BO Wound and Ulcer Dressing does have clinical effect. It is safe and easy to use and can maintain physiologically moist environment of the wound, be benefit of regeneration of epidermis stem cell, promote wound healing, stop pain and control infection as well.
