摘　　要：目的:探讨三孔法腹腔镜胆总管探查I期缝合的可行性和临床价值。方法:回顾分析2009年3月—2010年4月施行三孔法腹腔镜胆总管探查I期缝合术32例患者的临床资料。结果:32例手术均获成功,无一例中转开腹,2例术后出现胆汁漏,腹腔引流3～7d治愈。术后平均住院5d,均无残留结石和严重并发症发生。结论:三孔法腹腔镜胆总管探查I期缝合术操作简便、易行、安全、有效,患者创伤小、康复快,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the feasibility and the clinical value of primary suture of 3-port LCBDE.Methods：The clinical data of 32 patients treated by primary suture of 3-port LCBDE were retrospectively analyzed from March 2009 to April 2010.Cholelithotomy was conducted with choledochoscope.Results：Thirty-two cases were performed successfully and none was converted to open surgery.Postoperative bile leakage occurred in 2 cases and was cured with abdominal drainage for3 to 7 days.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 5 days.No severe complications and residual stone occurred.Conclusions：Primary suture of 3-port laparoscopic common bile duct exploration is easy,safe,dependable,effective,mini-invasive,and of quick recovery,which is worth furtherclinical application.
