摘 要:采用机械搅拌与高能超声处理相结合的分散方法制备了纳米SiCp增强的镁基复合材料,研究了基体及其复合材料从常温到300℃温度范围内的磨损性能。结果表明,基体和复合材料在试验温度范围内的磨损量都经历了从轻微磨损到严重磨损的转折点,复合材料的转折温度要比基体材料的高。轻微磨损阶段主要发生磨粒磨损和粘着磨损,当温度超过临界转变温度后,磨损机制转变成严重的粘着磨损和大片的剥层磨损,并伴随着严重的氧化磨损。Nano-sized SiC particles reinforced magnesium matrix composites were fabricated by mechanical stirring combining with high intensity ultrasonic treatment.Wear properties of the matrix and its nano-composites at 25~300 ℃ were examined.The results reveal that the AZ91 Dalloy and its composites undergo mild-to-severe wear regime at experimental temperature range.The transition temperature of mild-to-severe of the composites is higher than that of AZ91 Dalloy.In the mild wear regime,wear mechanism is characterized by abrasive wear and slight adhesion wear.When the temperature is beyond the critical transition value,the wear mechanism is transferred to severe adhesion wear and delamination wear with the occurrence of severe oxidation wear.
