摘 要:于2008-08-26—09-11对渤海海域进行了调查,采集了28个站位表、底层和部分站位中层海水样品,对溶解甲烷(CH4)浓度进行了测定。结果表明:夏季渤海各个站位表、底层海水中CH4的浓度和饱和度变化幅度较大,其中在秦皇岛沿岸海域出现高值,体现了人为活动的影响。表层海水中CH4的浓度和饱和度均低于底层的。估算出夏季渤海溶解CH4的海-气交换通量为(3.1±1.6)^(8.1±4.2)μmol/(m2.d)。渤海海域表、底层海水中CH4呈过饱和状态,是大气中CH4的净源。The survey was carried out in a large area of the Bohai Sea in the period from 26 August to 11 September 2008.Water samples were collected in the surface layer and bottom layer respectively at 28 stations and also in the intermediate layer at some stations to measure the dissolved methane(CH4 for short) concentration.It is shown in the results that saturation degree and concentration of CH4 in the surface and bottom layers vary in a large range.The highest value occurs in the area adjacent to Qinhuangdao,and it means that the human activities have an effect on the sea area.All the CH4 concentrations and saturation degrees measured in the bottom layer are higher than those in the surface layer.The estimated CH4 flux between air and sea varies between(3.1±1.6) and(8.1±4.2) μmol/(m^2·d).CH4 is oversaturated in either the surface layer or the bottom layer.Therefore the Bohai Sea is a source of net CH4 to atmosphere.
