摘　　要：黄独（ＤｉｏｓｃｏｒｅａｂｕｌｂｉｆｅｒａＬ．）又名黄药子、黄药脂等，药用其块茎。主要用于治疗各种甲状腺疾病和多种癌症。对食道癌、胃癌、直肠癌的近期疗效确切，对乳腺癌、宫颈癌、膀胱癌、肺癌及肉瘤均有一定疗效［１］。关于黄独中甾体皂甙类成分的报道颇具争...From the tubers of Dioscorea bulbifera L. six steroids were isolated and identified as diosgenin (1), β sitosterol (2), stigmasterol (3), daucosterol (4), diosgenin 3 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) β D glucopyranoside (prosapogenin A of dioscin, 5) and diosgenin 3 O di α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→2, 1→3) β D glucopyranoside (taccaoside, 6). The isolation of saponins and sapogenin from D. bulbifera will require that the chemotaxonomic definition of steroidal saponins in Dioscorea L. will be readdressed.
