甘蓝型油菜黄籽双低不育系32Y-2A的选育

摘　　要：以玻里玛不育系３１５Ａ和双隐性黄籽双低核不育两型系３２３１ＡＢ为材料，经过５年６代的回交选育，育成了核不育与质不育之比为１∶１的甘蓝型黄籽双低隐性双基因细胞核＋细胞质双重雄性不育系（ＤＲＧＣＭＳ）３２Ｙ－２Ａ。该不育系群体不育率为１００％，不育度达９８．１％以上，群体育性指数仅为１．９５，有粉花朵平均育性级别≤１．０级，且自然结实接近相应保持系３２Ｙ－２Ｂ，该双重不育系的恢保关系与玻里玛和陕２Ａ质不育系几乎完全一致。The 32Y2A line with double recessive genetic and cytoplasm male sterility (DRGCMS) and 11 proportion of nuclear sterility and cytoplasmic sterility was bred from 315A line backcrossed with 3231AB line (a yellow seed canola recessive genetic male sterility) through 6 generations. The sterile rate, sterile degree and fertile index of 32Y2A population are 100%, 98.1% and 0.027 respectively. The mean fertile scale of flowers with pollen is 1.0 level and natural seed bearing rate is close to that 32Y2B (sterility maintainer line). The relation of restoring and maintenance of 32Y2A is almost the same as that of pol. 315A CMS and Shan 2A CMS.
