摘　　要：介绍了梅钢400 m2烧结机建设项目的设计特点及投产半年多的生产运行情况。生产实践表明,梅钢400 m2烧结机所采用工艺成熟先进、主体设备稳定可靠。通过对外围系统及烧结区域部分设备的整改完善和工艺操作的摸索改进,较快实现了达产及生产的稳定运行。The design characteristics of 400 m2 sintering machine project and commissioning of the production operation more than six months are introduced at Meigang.Production practice shows that： the technology of sinter is mature and advanced,the main equipment is stable and reliable.Through the amendment of the external system and part sintering equipment,as well as the rectification and exploration of operation,it achieved over full capacity and stable operation soon.
