摘　　要：多种药物通过共同静脉通道输注在临床的应用越来越广泛,但药物在管道内的配伍禁忌问题却没得到应有的重视。本文对临床常见的三通管内药物配伍禁忌原因做一总结,并提出相应的防范措施。Infusion of different drugs via the same channel has been applied more and more widely. But the incompatibility of different drugs in the same channel has not been thought highly of. In this article, we summarized the causes of drug incompatibility in the three limb tube which was common in clinic. And the precaution was proposed accordingly.
