摘 要:本研究报道了杜仲胚根端胚乳和非胚根端胚乳在发育过程中细胞结构和生理生化方面的异质性。非胚根端胚乳衰退早于胚根端胚乳,最终导致两区段胚乳细胞在执行功能上存在差异,非胚根端胚乳细胞失去脱分化能力,胚根端胚乳细胞仍具有脱分化能力。非胚根端胚乳细胞比胚根端胚乳细胞营养物质的含量高且排列呈现高度有序性。此外,胚根端胚乳细胞中脱氢酶活性及内源激素和DNA的含量在不同发育时期都明显高于非胚根端胚乳。It was revealed in the present study that the characteristics of endosperm in different parts varied in cellular structure, physiology and biochemistry in the process of endosperm development, and heterogeneity was demonstrated between the radicle-end endosperm (RE) and the non-radicle-end endosperm (NRE). The NRE cells degenerated earlier than the RE cells and resulted in different function of the two palls, and finally the NRE cells lost the ability of dedifferentiation. The contents of nutritious content in NRE cells were higher than in RE cells, and their arrangement was more orderly. The dehydrogenase activity, the contents of endogenous phytohormone and DNA in RE cells were higher than that in NRE at different development stages.
