摘  要:蔗糖在椰子胚离体培养中的作用非常重要。适当提高培养的蔗糖浓度对胚的生根、根的生长和芽的增粗效果都十分显著,蔗糖浓度为6%和8%的培养基均显著或极显著优于蔗糖浓度为2%的培养基。但是,蔗糖浓度的变化对胚的发芽率和芽的高度影响不大。Embryo was excised from the mature nut of Hainan Tall Coconut (Cocos nucifera)and cultured at the temperature of 23~29℃ on the MS medium in the presenceof 2 % active carbon and various levels of sucrose.Resuluts showed that the MS mediumin the presence of 6 % and 8 % sucrose contained in gave significant and highly significant results than that with 2 % sucrose in rooting,root growth and bud thickening ofthe excised embryo.No effect of sucrose concentrations was,however,found on the germination rate of the embryo and the height growth of buds.
