摘 要:以1年生和7年生元宝枫为材料,用盆栽控水法和PEG6000处理法研究了水分胁迫条件下元宝枫有关生理指标的变化及其与抗旱性的关系。结果发现,随胁迫程度的加深和时间延长,叶水势显著降低,脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量持续增高;气孔导度和气孔阻力以及叶绿素含量未发生明显变化,使得光合作用维持在较高水平上,表现出耐旱植物典型的生理特点。在重度水分胁迫下(叶水势降至-4.1MPa)元宝枫幼苗没有出现萎蔫现象,表明仍有一定的膨压维持。说明元宝枫具有明显的渗透调节能力和低水势耐旱特征。Various physiology indexes of maple(Acer truncatum) and their relations with drought resistance were studied with one year old pot cultured seedlings treated by different drought gradient and branches of seven year old trees treated with different water potential gradient solution of PEG 6 000. The results showed that with treated time lengthening and extent deepening, the leaf water potential decreased remarkably, the content of proline and soluble sugar increased continuously, stomatal conductance (C s) , stomatal resistance (R s) and content of chlorophyll did not change obviously, and the photosynthesis maintained a higher level. The above results indicated that maple has typical physiological characteristics of drought tolerance plants. Under deep water stress (leaf water potential dropped to -4.1 MPa) the seedlings did not show wilting, which indicated that the cell of maple can maintain certain sugar pressure under the water condition. Therefore it can be concluded that maple has remarkable osmotic adjustment ability and characteristics of drought tolerance at low water potential.
