摘　　要：建构重大灾害后心理救助体系有助于促进解决我国重大灾害后心理救助工作存在的现实问题,有助于促进我国灾害心理学研究的发展。重大灾害的心理救助体系涉及心理救助法制建设、组织管理体制、心理救助人员筛选和队伍建设、具体心理救助方案。实施重大灾害后心理救助,应根据相关法律统一规范管理,综合协同应对。To construct the post-disaster psychological assistance system is not only helpful to solve the realistic problems in the post-disaster psychological work, but also helpful to the development of post-disaster psychological research in China. The disaster psychological assistance system involves the construction of legal system of psychological assistance, the organization management system, the personnel selection and team construction of psychological assistance, and the specific programs of psychological assistance. We should coordinate and manage comprehensively on the basis of relevant law to carry out post-disaster psychological assistance.
