摘 要:读者互动逐渐成为图书馆服务中的一个亮点,在信息共享空间(Information Commons,简称IC)环境下读者互动有了新的变化和特点。IC的服务环境和理念为开展读者互动服务提供了最佳的平台,互动可以在馆员、用户、资源多方之间进行,内容更加生动和具体,富有知识性和感染力。中国科学院国家科学图书馆IC开放服务4年来,开展了丰富多样的读者互动服务,取得了不错的效果,目前正在探索更深层次的、实体与虚拟相结合的互动服务机制。Interaction between libraries and users is becoming a bright point among library services. There are great changes and characters under new information service mode Information Commons(IC); The service environment of IC provides the best platform for user interaction. Interaction can be practiced among users, librarians and resources with more vivid and concrete content, and rich has knowledge and influence. Many kinds of interactive services have been developed since IC opened in National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and it has made the good progress. At present, the interactive service mechanism with a deeper level and the union between entity and virtual is being explored.
