摘 要:采用还原剂二氧化硫脲和漂毛粉对毛用活性染料兰纳素红5B染色羊绒织物进行剥色工艺研究,通过测定剥色后织物的白度和手感等指标,探讨了剥色剂用量、剥色温度及时间对剥色效果的影响。在单因素实验的基础上通过正交试验,得出了二氧化硫脲和漂毛粉的优化剥色工艺。二氧化硫脲的剥色工艺是:二氧化硫脲用量40%(owf),剥色时间40 min,剥色温度100℃;漂毛粉的剥色工艺为:漂毛粉用量30%(owf),剥色时间30 min,剥色温度80℃。二氧化硫脲的剥色效果优于漂毛粉。The stripping methods and process of cashmere fabrics that were dyed by the reactive dyes Lanasol red 5B for wool,were researched through thiourea dioxid and sodium hydrosulfite in this paper.The dosages of reductant,the treatment temperature and time were determined by measuring whiteness and handling of the stripped cashmere fabrics.The available process and the optimized formula for the stripping with thiourea dioxid and sodium hydrosulfite were obtained within the laboratory conditions.The proper stripping process of cashmere with thiourea dioxide was: the dosages 40%(owf),40 min,100 ℃.The proper stripping process of cashmere with sodium hydrosulfite was: the dosages 30%(owf),30 min,80 ℃.The stripping with thiourea dioxide is superior to sodium hydrosulfite.
