摘　　要：介绍了土种毛CASHWOOL纤维的起源、性能以及在原料选配过程中应注意的问题。着重探讨了CASHWOOL纤维的纺纱工艺及其要点。采用低温染色、低温烘干,以及多混和少开松的和毛工艺,降低了散毛染色和纺纱加工对CASHWOOL纤维的损伤;对梳毛机喂毛斗的称重装置进行了改造,对锡林、道夫、工作辊针布的配置以及梳理隔距进行了优化,显著减少了梳理过程中产生的毛粒;对环锭细纱机针圈进行了加密处理,提高了细纱的条干与捻度均匀度,为生产高品质的CASHWOOL呢绒织物创造了良好条件。The native CASHWOOL fiber＇s origin,performance and some questions which should pay attention in raw material sorting are introduced.The spinning process of CASHWOOL fiber and its key technology are emphatically discussed.The low temperature dyeing and low temperature drying as well as the mixing process of multi-blendings and little bloom are used to reduce the fiber damage of CASHWOOL.The weighing device of feeder on carding machine is revised and improved.The card clothing＇s disposition on cylinder,doffer and work roll,as well as combing gauge are optimized to reduce the neps in CASHWOOL fiber web.The needle count of needle cylinder on ring spinning frame is increased in order to make uniformity of yarn evenness and twists better.Thus,a good condition for the production of high quality＇s CASHWOOL woollen has been created.
