摘　　要：利用涤粘短纤维混纺进行仿毛织物的设计及产品开发,经纬纱均使用氨纶包芯纱,织物组织为平纹。文章对络筒、氨纶包覆、加捻、整经、穿经、穿筘、织造等织造工序,及预缩、预定形、碱减量、水洗、染色、热水洗、冷水洗、热定形等染整工序进行了研究分析,最后得到系列成品织物。织物经纬向弹性伸长较好、手感柔软、呢面匀净、表面平整、手感滑糯、色彩鲜艳、立体感强。由于织物的面密度较小,可以作为春秋季女装面料,适合做职业装、外衣、西裤等。Using polyester and viscose blended yarn to design new wool-like fabric.The warp and weft yarn are corn-apun yarn.The fabric weave is plain and the weaving process is warping,spinning,twisting,warping,reeding and weaving.The dyeing and finishing process is pre-shrinking,heat-setting,alkali finished,water washed,dyeing,hot water washed and cold water washed.Last,the performance of these finished fabrics are excellent.They are extensible,soft,smooth,flat and colorful.Because of the small weight,these fabrics are used for spring and autumn suit-dress and suitable for clothes,coat and suit.
