摘 要:在温室盆栽条件下研究丛枝菌根(AM)真菌诱导紫穗槐产生的类防御反应,结果表明:在AM真菌侵染宿主植物的早期阶段,防御酶POD和PPO活性瞬时增加,分别在紫穗槐出苗后17天和19天达到最大值28.8U/mg.min和11.7U/mg.min;而MDA含量下降,尤其在紫穗槐出苗后21天,接种AM真菌处理MDA含量降低37.6%。文中测定了几丁质诱导子降解产物GlcN含量的变化情况,结果在防御酶失活的同时GlcN含量增加,由此推测几丁质诱导子的降解是AM真菌诱导紫穗槐产生类防御反应的原因之一。The like - defense responses of Amorphafruticosa induced by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi was studied in greenhouse using pot experimentmethod. The results showed that in early colonization stage of AM fungi on Amorpha fruticosa the activity of defensive enzyme (POD and PPO) increased transiently and come up to 28.8 U/mg ~ min and 11.7 U/mg ~ min of the highest corresponds to the 17d and 19d after the seedings of Amorpha fruticosa come out, however the content of lipid peroxide (MDA) decreased, especially on the 21d dropped by 37.6%. In this experment the content of GlcN, degradation products of chitin elicitor, was determined, which correlated negative with PPO and POD of which the GlcN content increased while the activity of defensive enzyme decreased, suggesting that the degradation of chitin elicitor is one of themost essential cause for the like - defense responses from Amorpha fruticosa induced by AM fungi.
