摘 要:本文以吉林省四平市为例,利用城市用地扩展系数和城市用地产出率等指标,以GIS为空间信息处理手段,对转型期城市空间结构动态演化进行了时空序列分析,得出结论:(1)四平市城市空间结构演化在时间上是以加速度的方式推进的,而且低增长粗放式扩张。(2)在空间上四平市商业中心由"双核"变"单核",工业用地退出繁华地段。(3)工业用地面积过大,城市建筑容积率低为四平市城市空间结构的主要问题,究其原因是四平市城区地价总体水平和市场化程度低所致。(4)今后四平市应充分发挥地价杠杆作用,完善土地市场,用地价优化城市空间结构,使四平市向"集约式"、"内涵式"发展。aking Siping city as an example, adopting the index of the elastic coefficient and the rate of output of the city used land increasing, by using the GIS, this paper analyses the evolvement of the urban spatial structure during the transitional phase from temporal and spatial factors, and comes to the conclusion, that is: (1) the evolvement of urban spatial structure on temporal factor is accelerated but slow and extensive; (2) the trade center becomes one-core from double-core, and the industry secedes from the prosperous region, (3) the industry region is over size and thecapacity rate of building is small, they are the problem of the Evolvement of Urban Spatial Structure of Siping City, the reason is that the land-value in urban region and the function of controlling the city scale is relative low; (4) Siping city should exert the function of the land-value complete, perfect the land factor market, optimize the urban spatial structure by land-value, and make the city realize the intensive and intentional development.
