摘 要:目的:研究香枳和胃片对小鼠胃排空、肠推进活动的调节作用。方法:采用酚红为标记物,测定小鼠的胃内色素残留量观察香枳和胃片对小鼠胃排空的影响,采用小肠炭末推进实验观察其对小肠运动的影响。结果:香枳和胃片对小鼠的胃排空、小肠推进均具有一定的促进作用,并且有一定的剂量依赖性,尤其是高剂量组药效与空白对照组相比,具有非常显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。高剂量组对小肠的促动力效应与阳性对照西沙比利组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:香枳和胃片对小鼠的胃肠运动均有促进作用,高剂量组治疗效果更显著。Objective:To investigate the effects of Xiangzhi Hewei tablets on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive function in normal mice.Methods:Gastric residual rate of phenol red methods was used to assay gastric emptying and charcoal as a maker was orally administered to determine the propulsive function of small intestine.The effect of Xiangzhi Hewei tablets on gastrointestinal motility was observed.Results:The Xiangzhi Hewei tablets improved significantly both the rate of gastric emptying and propulsive function of small intestine in normal mice,which is dose-dependent.The efficiency of large dosage group were higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01).The propulsive function of small intestine in the large dosage group and the positive control group was no statistical significant(P〉0.05).Conclusions:Xiangzhi Hewei tablets promoted gastrointestinal motility of mice and the effect was dose-dependent.
