摘　　要：人才培养、科学研究和社会服务是高等学校的三大职能。科研作为重要的育人方式，在大学的重要性毋庸置疑。教学部门科研评价是沈阳工程学院教育教学质量内部评价体系中的其中一项内容，实施科研工作评价对合理配置科研资源，调整教学部门科研计划、项目和科研方向，激发广大教师创新潜力，优化科研队伍，规范部门科研管理，提升学院总体科研水平起着重要的作用。Talent training, scientific research and social service make up the three functions of colleges and universities, and scientific research as the important way of education plays the undoubtedly importance role in university. Scientific research evaluation of teaching department is a part of teaching quality＇s internal evaluation system in Shenyang Institute of Engineering. The implementation of scientific research evaluation plays an important role in reasonable allocation of research resources, adjusting the teaching research plan, the projects and the research direction, stimulating innovation potential of teachers, optimizing research team, regulating department of management and promoting overall scientific research level.
