摘 要:网损补偿原则的实质就是解决如何将因发电权交易引起的网损增量公平合理的分摊给各个交易的问题。现有网损分摊方法存在诸多缺点且不能兼顾发电权交易网损增量的特点,无法直接解决该问题。基于电路基本定律分析了线路损耗的功率成分构成,在此基础上推导得出发电权交易的网损增量表达式,并根据网损分布特征定义了网损增量的交易归属,体现了交易与潮流分布的一致性。分摊结果不但可以反映每个交易对电源承担的线路损耗的影响,而且可以反映出每个交易对全网损耗的影响,因此具有丰富的物理意义和经济意义。并以简单算例对所提出方法进行了仿真分析。The nature of incremental loss compensation principle is how to allocate the incremental loss caused by generation rights trade to each trade fairly and reasonably. The existed solutions have a lot of defects and they can't reflect the characteristic of generation rights trade, so they can not solve this problem perfectly. In order to solve this problem, the loss components are traced firstly, and the equations of incremental loss is derived based on the circuit theorems, then the incremental loss is allocated to various trades with showing the consistency of trades and load distribution. The allocation results reflect the influence of each trade on the line loss undertook by power, but also the influence on the whole net loss, so the physical and economic significance of them are obvious. Finally, an easy case is used to simulate and analyze the proposed method.
