摘 要:针对直线电机驱动的AMD控制系统,进行指令力、反馈驱动力、实际驱动力及控制系统时滞的性能试验。通过把AMD系统除纹波推力外存在的摩擦力及其他多种因素的综合影响定义为综合阻力,根据常数指令力试验结果提出纹波推力及综合阻力的计算公式。然后对直线电机驱动的AMD控制系统进行不同频率和幅值的正弦力指令试验。试验结果表明:提出的纹波推力及综合阻力的计算公式能较好地描述直线电机驱动的AMD控制系统的纹波推力及综合阻力,且控制系统时滞为5m s,满足土木工程结构风振及地震控制的控制力时滞在毫秒级的要求。For an AMD control system driven by linear motor,the performance of directive force,feedback driving force,actual driving force and time lag were tested.According to the experimental results of constant directive force,the calculation formulas of ripple thrust and comprehensive resistance force for AMD control system were presented through defining friction force and other factors expected for ripple thrust as comprehensive resistance force.The performance test was carried out for AMD control system driven by linear motor under the sine directive force with different frequencies and amplitudes.The results show that the proposed calculation formulas of ripple thrust and comprehensive resistance force are adequate and the time lag of AMD control system driven by linear motor is 5ms,suggesting that the time-lag performance of AMD control system driven by linear motor can meet the ms-degree requirement of seismic and wind vibration control for civil engineering structures.
