一清胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮72例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察一清胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法采用随机对照开放性试验设计纳入144例寻常性痤疮患者,分为一清组和对照组各72例,一清组予一清胶囊联合外用炉甘石洗剂,对照组予维胺酯胶囊联合外用炉甘石洗剂,均治疗28天,获得痊愈或显效的患者随访6个月。分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4周末进行症状体征评分,判定临床疗效;并进行6个月随访,记录复发情况;观察治疗期间不良反应。结果共129例按方案完成了治疗,一清组68例,对照组61例。治疗第1、第2周末,一清组有效率分别为42.65%、75.00%,对照组有效率分别为14.75%、31.15%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第4周末时一清组有效率为94.12%,对照组为90.16%,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。一清组在第1周末、第4周末症状体征积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良事件发生率显著高于一清组(P<0.05)。结论一清胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮疗效肯定,起效较维胺酯更快,不良反应发生率低于维胺酯胶囊。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Yiqing Capsule （Herbal capsule for acne） in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods A randomized controlled open trial was conducted,and totally 144 acne vulgaris patients were randomized into Yiqing group and control group with 72 cases in each. The former received the treatment with Yiqing Capsule and calamine lotion for external use,while the latter received the treatment with Viaminati Capsule and calamine lotion for external use for 28 days. Those who were cured and markedly relieved were followed up for 6 months. The symptoms and signs before treatment,1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment were scored,the 6-month follow-up was carried out,and the recurrence was recorded to evaluate the clinical effect. The untoward effect in the duration of treatment was observed.Results A total of 129 cases finished the treatment,68 in the Yiqing group and 61 in the control group. At the end of the first and second week of treatment,the effective rate of the Yiqing group was 42.65% and 75.00% respectively,that of the control group was 14.75% and 31.15% respectively,with a statistical difference between groups（P〈0.05）. At the end of the fourth week of treatment,the effective rate of the Yiqing group was 94.12% and that of the control group 90.16% respectively,without statistical difference between （P〉0.05）. At the end of the first and fourth week of treatment,the symptom and sign score of the Yiqing group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of untoward effect of the control group was significantly higher than that of the Yiqing group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqing Capsule is effective for acne vulgaris with a quicker effect and lower incidence of untoward effect than Viaminati Capsule.
