摘 要:电网互联为一体,而各控制中心的电压/无功控制系统却采用独立的计算模式,缺乏彼此间的协调,可能造成无功分布的不合理,甚至导致控制振荡。以电网有功、无功解耦后的网络方程为基础,基于电网的分解协调计算思想,推导了进行区域电压/无功控制时互联电网间的相互影响关系;并利用最优匹配注入流法,估计相连电网的最优无功注入量,得出兼顾本区域电网和相连电网经济运行的电压/无功协调控制模型。通过2类互联电网仿真算例及某实际电网算例,验证了所述模型只需很少的互联电网间的信息交换,即可有效地实现电压/无功协调优化控制。Although power systems are integrated, the voltage/reactive power control centers are based on independent calculation model lacking in mutual coordination, which may result in irrational distribution of reactive power or even control oscillation. Based on the decoupled network equations of active and reactive power and according to the decomposition and coordination idea of power networks, the interaction among interconnected power systems is derived when exercising regional voltage/reactive power control. And then, a coordinated control model considering the economical operation of both the locM and interconnected power networks is obtained by using the optimal reactive power injection of interconnected power systems evaluated by the optimal matching injected flow. Simulations on two IEEE systems and an actual system have verified that the model proposed can accomplish coordinated optimal control of voltage/reactive power with little information exchange between interconnected power systems.
