摘 要:为了有效和可靠地解决集控中心监控系统采集信息数量大与有用信息有限的矛盾,提出了告警数据纵向分层、横向分类的二维划分方法。利用该方法,并结合信号所属责任区、是否检修等其他属性,对告警数据进行有效的过滤和配置。开发了动态合成光字牌数据处理技术和分层告警数据处理技术,并对两者进行了分析比较。采用上述方法和技术减少了检索信息的时间,提高了工作效率,加快了电网异常和事故处理的进程。该方法和技术已在实际中得到应用。In order to effectively and reliably solve the contradiction between massive information gathered from the centralized supervisory control center and limited useful signals, a two-dimensional classifying method of vertical stratification and horizontal classification is proposed. According to this method, the alarm data can be filtered and configured effectively by referring to other attributes of the signals, such as the responsible area and whether an overhaul is needed or not. The signal processing technology of the dynamic alarm window and layered alarm are developed and compared. By adopting the above- mentioned methods and technology, the time for information retrieving is greatly shortened, and supervisory workers' efficiency is improved, while the process of handling abnormality and accident with the electric power network is accelerated. The technology and methods are in application.
