摘　　要：从葡萄园地和品种选择、园地建设、立架建棚、肥水管理、整形修剪、疏花疏果与疏枝、果实套袋、病虫防治,采后处理等方面阐述了葡萄标准化避雨栽培关键技术。为南方葡萄产业化生产提供技术参考。The key techniques of standard vine shelter cultivation for grape were introduced from the selection of grapery and variety,construction of grapery and shelter,management of fertilizer and water,plant trimming and pruning,flower thinning,fruit thinning,branch cutting,fruit bagging,control of diseases and insect pest and postharvest treatment.This paper plays a important guiding role in the industrial production of grape in southern China.
