摘  要:目的:以火棘果实为材料,寻找火棘多糖的超声提取的最佳条件。方法:以火棘多糖含量为考察指标,用苯酚-硫酸法进行含量测定,通过L9(34)正交试验,对提取时间、超声波频率、提取温度、粉碎粒度等因素进行考察。结果:影响火棘多糖提取率的因素依次为超声功率>粒度>料液比>超声时间;最佳提取工艺为粒度20目,料液比1:20,超声功率400W,提取80min,提取2次。结论:该提取工艺快速,简便,结果稳定,具有较高的应用价值。OBJECTIVE An ultrasonic method for the extraction of polysaccharides from of Pyracantha fortuneana (Maxina. )Li was investigated and optimized. METHODS Based on single factor test, the L9 (3^4) orthogonal tests were designed, and the orthogonal experiments were conducted with 4 factors of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic frequency, mesh size and the ratio of material to water were considered, the comprehensive evaluation was guided by the content of Polysaccharides determined by phenol -sulfuric acid method. RESULTS The optimum extracting conditions were: the particle of dried old stalk of Pyracantha fortuneana 20 mesh size; the ratio of material to water 1:20; extraction time 80 min ; ultrasonic frequency 400 W and extraction times twice. CONCLUSION The method is quick, sample, and the result is stable.
