摘  要:目的:改进丹参注射液澄清吸附工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B含量为指标,利用L9(34)正交试验法,探讨澄清吸附用ZTC1+1天然澄清剂A组Ⅳ型用量、B组Ⅳ型用量、溶液温度对澄清吸附工艺的影响,优选出最佳的工艺条件。结果:优选出丹参注射液澄清吸附工艺的最佳工艺条件是ZTC1+1天然澄清剂A组Ⅳ型用量为1.5‰,B组Ⅳ型用量为3‰,溶液温度为70℃。结论:采取此澄清吸附工艺不仅操作简便、生产周期短、制造成本低,且有效成分含量高。OBJECTIVE To study the optimized conditions to clarify the adsorption process for Danshen injection METHODS Taking Dan polyphenol. METHODS Acid B content as the index and using L9(3^4 ) orthogonal experiment, to explore the optimized process condition: to clarify the adsorption of natural clarifying agent with ZTC1 + 1 A group of type Ⅳ dosage, B group Ⅳ type amount, the solution temperature on the adsorption process of clarification, The optimized process conditions. RESULTS The optimium to clarify the adsorption process for Danshen injection is A2 t32 C3 ;the ZTC 1 + 1 natural clarifying a- gent A group of type IV amount of 1. 5%, B group Ⅳ type dosage 3‰, and the temperature of 70 ℃CONCLUSION To clarify the adsorption process mentioned above is not only simple, short production cycle, low cost, but also the high content of active ingredients.
