白饭树不同提取物对小鼠佐剂性关节炎的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究白饭树不同提取物(氯仿提取物及水提物)对小鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)的治疗作用。方法:观察白饭树氯仿提取物及水提物对AA小鼠给药后继发性足肿胀、胸腺系数(胸腺/体质量)、脾系数(脾/体质量)的变化。结果:氯仿提取物组、水提物组,地塞米松组对小鼠继发性足肿胀有明显的抑制作用,减轻胸腺和脾脏质量。结论:白饭树中脂溶性物质和水溶性物质均可减轻AA小鼠继发性足肿胀。OBJECTIVE To study on the effects of different extracts of Flueggea virosa （Roxb. ex Willd. ） （extract of chloroform, extract of water） on adjuvant arthritis（AA） in mice. METHODS To observe the changes of secondary inflammation,the thymus factor （thymus/body weight） and spleen index（ spleen/ body weight） of AA in mice after ig administration with extract of chloroform,extract of water. RESULTS Extract of chloroform （5 g. kg^-1 ）, extract of water（5 g. kg-1 ） and dexamethasone （0. 001 g·kg^-1） ig could significantly inhibit secondary inflammatory swelling in AA models of mice and reduce the weight of thymus and spleen. CONCLUSION The lipid-soluble matters and the water-soluble matters of Flueggea virosa （Roxb. ex Willd. ） have therapeutic effect on AA in mice.
