摘 要:针对磁流变效应微砂轮抛光工艺,理论分析了磁流变效应磁链对磨粒的有效约束使磨粒处于半固着状态的机理。建立了磨粒受磁链约束的模型,研究了磁流变工作液中磨粒的种类、大小、形状和体积分数等特性对磨粒半固着状态以及所形成的磁流变效应微砂轮性能的影响。进行了磁流变效应微砂轮加工沟槽实验,分析了磨粒特性对材料去除率的影响,实验结果与理论分析相吻合,表明所建立的磁流变效应微砂轮磨粒半固着理论是正确的。For the technology of MR effect-based tiny-grinding wheel,the mechanism of the semi-bond state of abrtasive constrained effectively by magnetic chain under the magnetorheological effect was analyzed theoretically.Then,a model of constrained abrasive particle by magnetic chain was established.And the influences of characteristics of abrasive,such as material,size,shape and volume fraction of abrasive in magnetorheological fluid on the semi-bond state of abrasive and the properties of the MR effect-based tiny-grinding wheel were studied.According to a micro-groove machining experiment with the MR effect-based tiny-grinding wheel,the material removal rates with different abrasives were analyzed.And the experimental results coincide with the theoretical analysis,which shows the feasibility of semi-bond theory of abrasive for MR effect-based tiny-grinding wheel.
