摘　　要：探讨绝经后骨质疏松症中医药防治思路,针对目前中医药研究中存在的不足,应发挥中医"治未病"优势,开展预防研究;完善疗效评价体系,研制具有中医辨证特色的绝经后骨质疏松症生存质量量表;设计严格的随机对照试验,以提供中医药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的高质量的临床证据。The thoughts of treatment and prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMO) with traditional Chinese medicine were discussed.It is indicated that preventive research should be carried out based on the theory of preventive treatment of disease,therapeutic effect evaluation system should be improved,PMO quality of life scale based on syndrome differentiation and treatment should be established,and strict randomized controlled trial should be adopted.
