益肾化瘀汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾化瘀汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例早期DN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予控制饮食、降糖治疗等基础治疗;治疗组在此基础上口服益肾化瘀汤,疗程为1月。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照组为70.0%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组在降低24小时尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血浆蛋白C(PC)活性和血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)方面均优于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾化瘀汤可以改善早期DN患者的临床症状。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yishen Huayu Decoction(YHD) in treating early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Sixty early DN patients were equally randomized into the control group and treatment group.The two groups were given diet control and antihyperglycemic drugs.Additionally,the treatment group was given YHD,twice per day.The treatment lasted one month.Results:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Treatment group had a better effect on decreasing 24-hour albumin excretion rate,β2-MG,PC and Fib than the control group {P< 0.05).ConcluSion:YHD exerts certain effect on relieving the symptoms of early diabetic nephropathy.
