肺炎外敷散治疗小儿肺炎60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肺炎外敷散治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例肺炎患儿随机分为2组各60例,对照组采用基础治疗结合安慰剂外敷治疗,试验组采用基础治疗结合肺炎外敷散治疗。疗程10～14天。结果:总疗效试验组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组发热病例体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部音消失时间比较,试验组均明显优于对照组,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。2组胸片表现异常者疗程结束后恢复正常病例数比较,试验组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎外敷散治疗小儿肺炎,能够促进肺部炎症的吸收,提高肺炎治疗的疗效,明显缩短病程。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Feiyan Waifu Powder(FWP) in treating children pneumonia.Methods:One hundred and twenty pneumonia children were equally randomized into 2 groups.The control group was given routine treatment combined with external application of placebo,and the treatment group was given the routine treatment combined with external application of FWP.The two groups were given treatment for 10 -14 days.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The time for body temperature of fever patients becoming normal,and time for disappearance of cough and chest rales in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.01).The number of patients with abnormal X-ray chest films becoming normal in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of FWP is effective for the treatment of children pneumonia by promoting inflammatory absorption and by shortening the disease course.
