芪梅散神阙穴温灸治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪梅散制成药饼后在神阙穴上温灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为2组,对照组采用西药依巴斯汀片(杭州奥医保灵药业有限公司生产)治疗;治疗组使用芪梅散制成的药饼(药物组成:黄芪、乌梅、麻黄、细辛、五味子、肉桂碾末,姜汁调成)进行神阙穴温灸治疗。2组均治疗6天为1疗程,共使用4疗程。停药半年后观察远期疗效。结果:①近期疗效。2组显效率、总有效率比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。②远期疗效。显效率、总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗4疗程和停药半年后症状、体征积分分别与本组治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗4疗程后症状、体征积分与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗组和对照组AR患者均有明显的症状、体征改善,近期疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),而远期疗效治疗组改善较对照组更明显,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪梅散神阙穴温灸治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效肯定。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of thermal moxibustion on Shenque Acupoint with Qimei Powder(QP) for allergic rhinitis.Methods:One hundred allergic rhinitis patients were randomized into 2 groups.The control group was given Ebastine Tablets,and the treatment group was given thermal moxibustion on Shenque Acupoint with QP(the mixture of ginger juice with the powder of Radix Astragali,Fructus Mume,Herba Ephedrae,Herba Asari,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Cortex Cinnamomi).Six days constituted one treatment course,and the treatment lasted 4 courses.After suspension of medication for half a year,the long-term therapeutic effect was observed.Results:The differences of markedly effective rate and total effective rate of short-term effect were insignificant between the two groups(P>0.05),but was significant for the long-terra effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs were improved in the two groups after 4 treatment courses and after suspension of medication for half a year(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment).The scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group did not differ from those in the control group after 4 treatment courses(P>0.05).The difference of short-term effect was insignificant(P>0.05) but that of long-term effect was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thermal moxibustion on Shenque Acupoint with QP has certain effect for allergic rhinitis.
